**Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Director to join our team in Denver, CO. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic company that values work-life balance and creating a supportive and rewarding work environment for all employees. As an Interior Design Director, you will oversee designated Project Teams in the Model Home Department, ensuring optimal success by producing high-quality design projects that promote outstanding design within the industry. **Responsibilities:**
* Oversee designated Project Teams in the Model Home Department to ensure optimal success * Serve as the Account Manager for specific Client Accounts, ensuring consistency in communication and deliverables * Collaborate with Design Directors and Senior Director of Design Studio Management for project and team resource allocation * Provide creative direction and vision for Model Home projects * Ensure quality assurance and client satisfaction * Lead and develop Project Leads and team members * Stay up-to-date with market research and trends to inform design decisions
**Qualifications:**
* Interior Design Degree * 8-10+ years of experience in the design industry, with Model Home experience preferred * Strong technical capabilities in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite * Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development * Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with leadership skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously * Required travel as necessary
