We are seeking a dedicated and friendly reputed company Desk Agent to join reputed company at a premier resort. The ideal candidate will be the first reputed company of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

• Greet and reputed company in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Handle guest inquiries and reputed company information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Manage phone systems to assist with reservations, inquiries, and guest requests.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.

Qualifications
