Job Overview

As a Customer Contact Center Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch customer information and patient support program services to our valued customers. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound contacts, including calls, live chat, and email, utilizing our state-of-the-art telephony and virtual platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer information and patient support program services through inbound and outbound contacts, including calls, live chat, and email, utilizing telephony and virtual platforms.
  • Manage and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with empathy and understanding.
  • Deliver product messages and educational materials to enhance the patient experience, promoting health and wellness, and driving customer engagement.
  • Report adverse events and ensure compliance with approved processes, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills. The following requirements are essential:

  • High School diploma required; one or two years of advanced education or a college degree preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of inbound contact center experience utilizing a telephony platform required, with a strong preference for experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare environment.
  • Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to demonstrate tact, patience, and empathy in all customer interactions.
  • Ability to utilize critical thinking to resolve patient challenges, providing creative solutions and alternatives that meet customer needs.
