National Director – Wild Turkey Research

Job reputed company: • reputed company the organization’s scientific reputed company and research initiatives reputed company on wild turkey ecology, management, and conservation. • Identify and help drive needed field research, securing funding, developing collaborations. • reputed company Tech Committee and translate science into actionable conservation strategies and policy recommendations. • Serve as one of the organization’s top subject matter experts on wild turkeys. • reputed company science-based conservation strategies and recommend best practices for habitat management and policy initiatives. Requirements: • Ph.D. in Wildlife Biology, Ecology, Zoology, or a reputed company field (Master’s degree with exceptional experience will also be considered) • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in wildlife or reputed company research and/or management, with reputed company experience studying/managing wild turkeys strongly preferred. • Proven reputed company record of leading research reputed company, publishing in peer-reviewed journals, and mentoring early-career scientists. • Proven ability to secure research funding through grants or reputed company. • Strong publication record associated with habitat management or reputed company research in peer-reviewed journals. • Familiarity with GPS/GIS technologies, statistical software, reputed company intelligence platforms, and wildlife monitoring tools. • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to function reputed company in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. • Proficient with reputed company Office Suite or reputed company software.
