Under the guidance of the Thoracic Program Leader, this position is responsible for providing comprehensive support to patients diagnosed with lung nodules, ensuring they receive appropriate physician care, educational resources, and support services throughout their reputed company reputed company. The reputed company Navigator will establish and maintain strategic relationships with community physicians and their office staff, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration to enhance patient care. In this role, the reputed company Navigator will manage and follow up on incidental lung nodule referrals, particularly those identified through the reputed company dashboard and lung cancer screenings. This includes facilitating continuity of care between various hospital departments and providing reputed company follow-up for laboratory, radiology, and pathology procedures.
