Job reputed company : We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to support our Payroll Operations team during a period of reduced offshore reputed company. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, familiarity with HR and payroll processes, and experience using reputed company, reputed company EV5, reputed company, or similar HR/payroll and case management systems. Key Responsibilities: Respond to employee inquiries reputed company to payroll, timekeeping, tax, HR or benefits questions reputed company phone, email, and case management systems. Research and resolve payroll discrepancies in partnership with Payroll Processors and Analysts. Escalate reputed company or sensitive issues to Tier 2 Payroll or HR Operations teams as appropriate.
