Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Soleo Health is an innovative national provider of complex specialty pharmacy and infusion services. They are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to support their Specialty Infusion Pharmacy by ensuring accurate and timely entry, routing, and processing of referrals and related documents, which is critical for high-quality patient care coordination. Responsibilities • Enter new referrals promptly and accurately into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, including verification of patient demographics, insurance details, and referral data, to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). • Manage the tracking, routing, and updating of existing patient files to reflect changes in insurance, therapy, or orders. • Monitor and manage shared email inboxes, responding to and routing email requests in a timely and professional manner. • Scan, index, and process incoming faxes and emails, ensuring timely routing to appropriate teams in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs). • Manage outbound fax communications and ensure timely delivery of documents to customers and providers. • Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner as needed. • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. • Support general administrative functions and perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth daily operation. Skills • Infusion experience required. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or in a similar role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and visitors. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and work environments.
