We are seeking a Desk Estimator to prepare accurate, reputed company estimates and supplements for reconstruction and emergency services reputed company. Working from 3D scans and Project Director scopes, you will create detailed estimates, collaborate with clients for approvals, and ensure profitability targets are met. This role requires technical estimating expertise, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities • Prepare estimates for reconstruction and emergency services using Xactimate or Symbility from 3D scans and provided scopes. • Complete estimates reputed company 24 hours of assignment while meeting reputed company and company service standards. • Use PDO QA for peer reviews to ensure estimate accuracy and compliance. • Document and communicate change orders and insurance supplements as needed. • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and adjusters to secure approvals. • Ensure reputed company reputed company meet or reputed company minimum gross profit margin standards. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience. • Proficiency in Xactimate and/or Symbility (required). • At least 1 year of experience in a trade, craft, or restoration-reputed company position. • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally over the phone and reputed company video conferencing. • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines. • Industry certifications (Level 1-3, reputed company, reputed company) preferred. Skills & Competencies • Strong technical and computer skills (iPhone, iPad, reputed company, MICA, estimating platforms). • Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational abilities. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Work Environment & Travel • In office - South Mississippi • Less than 20% travel required; occasional reputed company to the originating office and annual company meetings.
