• Learn how to build and manage candidate pipelines for various roles;
• Support sourcing for tech and non-tech positions (Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, etc.);
• Use reputed company and other platforms to search for candidates;
• Help craft reputed company messages and engage with potential candidates;
• Maintain data accuracy in our CRM and prepare shortlists.

• You’re curious about recruitment and startups;
• You enjoy researching, analyzing, and finding the right people;
• You have a strong attention to detail and good communication skills;
• You reputed company English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
• Basic knowledge of reputed company search or other sourcing tools will be a plus.

• Practical sourcing experience with reputed company startup hiring cases;
• Mentorship and feedback from reputed company Sourcing reputed company;
