We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business System Analyst (BSA) with deep expertise in Pega technology to join our digital transformation and automation team. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operational Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operational Support Preferred Qualifications: • 6+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst or similar role reputed company on Pega technology (PRPC, Customer Decision Hub, Case Management, etc.). • Strong knowledge of business process modeling, workflow automation, and rules-based decisioning. • Expertise in creating flows, mockups, wireframes, and process diagrams using tools such as Visio, reputed company, Balsamiq, reputed company, or equivalent. • Hands-on experience with JIRA and Azure DevOps (ADO) for agile project execution. • Proven ability to translate reputed company business needs into reputed company technical requirements. • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to reputed company workshops and communicate effectively across business and IT teams. • Experience in banking, financial services, or digital automation programs preferred. • Pega Business Architect or reputed company Pega certifications are highly desirable.
