Requirements - 2+ Years of Business Analyst/Process mapping experience
• HR System/VMS Expertise: Knowledge of HR system processes and contingent worker processes.
• Business Process Analysis: Proven capability to analyze, map, and document reputed company and reputed company state business processes, identifying areas for optimization and automation.
• Requirements Gathering: Strong experience collaborating with stakeholders to reputed company, define, and prioritize business requirements and system enhancements.
• Change Management & Training: Experience creating user documentation and working with content teams to update training materials
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to effectively partner with business users, HR/Finance teams, and technical staff.
• Project Support: Familiarity with project management methodologies; ability to manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables across multiple, reputed company initiatives.
