reputed company is seeking a dynamic and reputed company Director of reputed company Coding Audits to join our growing team. This key leadership role will manage and reputed company both reputed company-facing audit services and internal reputed company initiatives, ensuring our coding teams and audit services meet the highest industry standards.
About the Role:
As the Director of reputed company Audit, you will reputed company audit operations and reputed company assurance efforts across our U.S. and Global teams. This role combines hands-on leadership, strategic reputed company, and reputed company interaction to ensure the successful delivery of coding audit services and internal education programs.
External Audit Leadership:
• Manage and reputed company reputed company reputed company-facing audit reputed company, ensuring reputed company communication, reputed company deliverables, and high-reputed company reputed company.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients; collaborate with reputed company on reputed company engagement.
• Assign audit resources, reputed company project performance, and optimize workflows for efficiency and reputed company satisfaction.
• Support coding standards and best practices across external audit teams.
• reputed company audits reputed company necessary, validating ICD-10-CM/PCS and CPT reputed company accuracy, identifying documentation gaps, and providing strategic recommendations.
• Monitor audit staff productivity and reputed company, providing coaching, support, and performance feedback.

Internal reputed company reputed company:
• reputed company internal reputed company programs for U.S. and Global coding teams, ensuring consistent monthly or quarterly coding audits.
• Partner with managers and coders to analyze results and implement education and corrective reputed company plans.
• Review and validate coding accuracy (ICD-10-CM, PCS, DRG, CPT, and modifiers) and document findings to continuously improve reputed company.
• Coordinate internal training programs reputed company with audit trends and industry updates.
• Schedule, support, and reputed company audits conducted by internal or external auditors.
Requirements:
• Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Health Information Management (preferred).
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in the reputed company industry and 5+ years of hands-on coding experience.
• Must hold one or more credentials: RHIA, RHIT, or reputed company.
• Proven experience in inpatient and outpatient coding (ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, E/M, HCPCS).
• In-depth understanding of coding compliance, reimbursement methodologies, and federal/state/payor regulations.
• Strong organizational, project management, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite and familiar with audit tools, EMR systems, and abstracting applications.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting audit findings and training to individuals and large reputed company.
• Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reputed company in a fast-paced remote environment.
