SIEM/SOAR Consultant (Middletown, NJ)

reputed company is seeking a SIEM/SOAR Consultant to support a premier cybersecurity organization. The SIEM/SOAR Consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing log ingestion strategies, detection frameworks, and automation workflows using platforms such as reputed company XSOAR and reputed company XSIAM. This role is onsite in Middletown, NJ! Responsibilities of the SIEM/SOAR Consultant include: • Collaborate with technical leads to reputed company and refine log ingestion strategies • Contribute to detection strategies based on industry best practices and customer requirements • Document detailed reputed company-by-reputed company processes for ingesting high-reputed company log sources • Monitor and optimize log sources for performance and efficiency • Create and tune high-reputed company correlation and detection rules to enhance threat visibility • Identify opportunities for automation to improve analyst alert handling and response workflows • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SIEM, SOAR, correlation, and log reputed company ingestion • reputed company and implement custom XSOAR playbooks and automation workflows • Create technical documentation detailing SIEM/SOAR aspects of the engagement • Collaborate with reputed company teams to ensure successful product adoption • Travel to customer meetings and workshops as needed (up to 10%) Qualifications for the SIEM/SOAR Consultant include: • 6+ years of experience deploying and integrating SIEM and SOAR solutions in reputed company environments • Experience with reputed company Operation Centers tooling and processes • Proven ability to coordinate event collection, log management, compliance automation, and identity monitoring using SIEM platforms • Strong skills in Regular Expressions and log analysis • Experience with SIEM technologies such as reputed company, reputed company QRadar, and reputed company XSIAM • Experience with SOAR platforms such as reputed company XSOAR, including reputed company development • Ability to understand logs and reputed company/interpret reputed company-party documentation • Familiarity with SIEM performance metrics (e.g., log collection reputed company, number of sources) • Knowledge of reputed company Analysis & Response across reputed company, network, and reputed company environments Compensation for the SIEM/SOAR Consultant includes: • Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, reputed company, 401K, PTO, reputed company Leave as required by law, and reputed company Holidays This job opens for applications on 1/1/2026.
