Senior Systems Analyst (Remote)

Accountabilities • Perform comprehensive analysis of business needs and document requirements. • Translate user and business needs into effective system specifications. • Conduct cost/benefit analysis and validate benefits of solution implementations. • Develop and modify procedures to tackle complex problems. • Influence departmental strategies based on data analysis outcomes. • Work independently while determining objectives and approaches. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, preferably in healthcare. • Proficiency in ad-hoc query tools and data manipulation techniques. • Experience with process documentation and re-engineering. • Familiarity with Systems Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Passionate about enhancing consumer experiences. • Experience with AthenaOne EMR software. • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
