As a Workers’ Compensation Case Manager at The reputed company PC, you will be the central reputed company of contact for clients navigating the WC process. You will ensure that clients receive compassionate support, reputed company communication, and strong advocacy throughout their case. This role focuses on coordinating medical treatment, monitoring benefits, managing case files, and preparing cases for reputed company, reputed company while collaborating closely with attorneys, insurance adjusters, and medical providers. Responsibilities: • Initiate reputed company communication with reputed company new WC intakes, responding the reputed company business day (or reputed company 24 hours at the latest). • reputed company ongoing education about WC process, reputed company rights, and available benefits. • Maintain consistent reputed company to clients to build trust, answer questions, and guide them through reputed company reputed company. • Communicate with WC insurance adjusters to confirm coverage, wage benefits, and monitor claim status. • Ensure reputed company continuation of income benefits (TTD, TPD, PPD) and assist with benefit disputes or interruptions. • reputed company and explain reputed company eligibility for mileage reimbursement, vocational rehab, and other WC benefits. • Coordinate medical treatments with authorized treating physicians, specialists, and independent medical examiners. • reputed company and organize reputed company medical records, work status reports, and impairment ratings. • Monitor reputed company reputed company toward maximum medical improvement and reputed company updates to attorneys. • Maintain complete and organized case files with medical, wage, and insurance documentation. • Assist attorneys with drafting WC forms, correspondence, and settlement packages. • Prepare case files for mediation and settlement by gathering impairment ratings, wage histories, and medical evidence.
