This full-time, hourly position offers you the opportunity to work remotely while engaging with customers worldwide in English.

Job Summary

As a Remote Live Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via live chat and email promptly and professionally. You will provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures, and resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying solutions or escalating to the appropriate team when necessary. You will also record customer interactions and update account information in the designated systems, collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve recurring issues or enhance customer experiences, and maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email promptly and professionally, ensuring that all interactions are handled with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures, and resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying solutions or escalating to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Record customer interactions and update account information in the designated systems, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve recurring issues or enhance customer experiences, and maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively and confidently.
  • Analyze customer feedback to provide insights for improving the customer support experience, and meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, issue resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Maintain a high level of proficiency in English with excellent written communication skills, and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, remote work setting, and familiarity with customer support software like Zendesk, Intercom, or similar tools is a plus.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English with excellent written communication skills, and previous experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in a live chat environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset, and ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, remote work setting.
  • Familiarity with customer support software like Zendesk, Intercom, or similar tools is a plus, and comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems or tools.
  • A high level of empathy, patience, and professionalism when interacting with customers, and reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to remote work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, and experience with live chat software and technology.
  • Knowledge of integrated care and behavioral health, and experience working with customers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
