They are seeking a Senior Director of Quality Assurance and Innovation to lead a global QA team, develop AI-integrated testing frameworks, and establish quality governance metrics to enhance testing processes and outcomes. Responsibilities • Build, mentor, and lead a global QA team with expertise in AI technologies and modern testing practices. • Develop and implement a quality assurance strategy aligned with Testing CoE business objectives, leveraging AI for testing and automation. • Implement scalable, intelligent QA frameworks across Programs & Portfolios to achieve business outcomes. • Drive AI/ML for test case generation, defect prediction, and root cause analysis. • Develop and integrate AI testing frameworks into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and real-time insights. • Drive holistic testing strategy that covers everything from unit and integration testing to full system endurance and performance testing. • Evaluate, select, and implement AI-powered QA tools (e.g., autonomous testing platforms, NLP-based scripting). • Drive innovation in test automation using generative AI. • Enable AI-driven automation across testing and related processes to improve efficiency and quality. • Establish critical metrics and dashboards using AI analytics to monitor quality trends, test coverage, release readiness, test performance, and customer satisfaction. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements through intelligent auditing and reporting. • Standardize and continuously improve testing methodologies and best practices across the organization. • Implement shift-left testing practices and continuous testing approaches. • Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and quality-focused ceremonies. • Coach teams on Agile testing best practices and cross-functional collaboration. Skills • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. • 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role directing technical teams comprising of managers, test engineers and analysts • Proven experience implementing AI/ML in QA processes and tools. • Knowledge of various testing tools (functional, performance, security, hardware validation) • Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, DevOps, and agile methodologies. • Proficiency with Jira for project management, defect tracking, and workflow automation • Hands-on experience with AI testing platforms. • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills. • Experienced in driving a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement • Experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI in test automation. • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and supporting compliance initiatives leveraging AI. • Health care experience is a plus Company Overview • Next-Gen Business Technology Platformization™, AI and Product Engineering Services.
