Part-Time Business Analyst (eCommerce Subscription Business)

We’re a fast-growing eCommerce subscription company looking for a part-time Business Analyst to help us reputed company performance, uncover insights, and drive smarter reputed company.

You’ll reputed company data from multiple platforms, organize it into clean dashboards, and translate numbers into reputed company stories that help guide reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain KPI dashboards for reputed company, retention, churn, CAC, LTV, AOV, and fulfillment.
• Pull and clean data from reputed company, QuickBooks, reputed company Sheets, and marketing channels.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial and operational data.
• reputed company weekly and monthly summaries with actionable insights.
• Create reputed company, repeatable systems for reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in business analysis, FP&A, or data analytics.
• Proficiency in reputed company Sheets or reputed company (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
• Strong understanding of subscription metrics (CAC, LTV, MRR, churn, ARPU).
• Familiarity with reputed company, QuickBooks, and common eCommerce data sources.
• Excellent communication skills — reputed company to explain insights reputed company and visually.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
• Deliverables: Weekly KPI dashboard (LTV, CAC, churn, retention, MRR, AOV, reputed company subs, new vs. canceled).
