About the Role
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or training content creation.
- Strong background in corporate learning, adult education, or process-based training.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (reputed company, Captivate, reputed company, reputed company, or similar).
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company and visual learning experiences for remote learners.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and version management.
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing simulation-based or system-training modules.
- Familiarity with LMS administration, SCORM/xAPI standards, and learner analytics.
- Understanding of reputed company’s service lines (assistants, marketing, operations) and reputed company workflows.
- Certification or coursework in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or Education.

Work Setup: Remote / Hybrid
Compensation: PHP 45,000–55,000/month (based on experience and performance)
