As the complexity of our projects are increasing, project management is critical for the firm's Customer Success organization to drive business outcomes, mitigate risks, and ensure effective project delivery.
This position requires significant cross-functional coordination, relationship building and expectation management among our organization and customers.
The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with leaders and stakeholders across the organization and our customers to ensure appropriate delivery of activities related to project management, executive communications, and change management governance.
The position has highly visible projects within the organization and with our customers which requires excellent communication and relationship management skills.
This position reports to the Director, Project Portfolio Delivery.
