Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-home, one-on-one tutoring sessions for elementary-level math and entry-level algebra students

• Prepare session reports for our office and families within 24 hours of each tutoring session
• Effectively balance tutoring hours for each assigned student
• Service existing clients' concerns, questions, and requests in a professional and timely manner
• Follow up with our office when a student's enrollment package is low on hours
• Candidates must only service students whose needs meet theirs, ensuring the best possible learning outcomes

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the education field and industry preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in tutoring/teaching in specialized education fields preferred
• Credentialed tutors and/or graduate degrees are a plus but not a requirement
• Experience with basic Database/ Data Entry
• Ability to prepare accordingly for each tutoring session (lesson plan)

• Strong administration skills
• Strong typing, PC, and recording skills
