About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Agent to join reputed company in Waterloo, IA. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be part of reputed company reporting to a Supervisor, Customer Experience, and will be responsible for responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls, building customer relationships, and resolving customer challenges. You will work in reputed company-based environment, collaborating with customers and Sales team members daily to reputed company exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls
• Work with customers and Sales team members daily in reputed company-based environment
• Use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day
• Resolve customers' challenges by using reputed company resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management
• Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures

Work Environment and Schedule

We offer a hybrid work environment, with three days onsite and two days reputed company. You will enjoy your weekends off, with a schedule of 8:30 to 5:00 p.m. Central time, Monday through Friday. After completing our 8-week onsite training reputed company, you will have reputed company to work from home up to 5 days a week and participate in a bidding process for alternate work shifts.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to commute to our facility from your home

• Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once
