Key Responsibilities

• Work with large, complex, and diverse datasets to conduct ad-hoc analyses and inform critical business decisions rapidly.
• Design and develop ETLs (Extract, Transform, Load) or processes to pull data from various sources and concentrate it into a single table, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
• Develop data visualizations to monitor and measure the impact of changes and unique business challenges, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Engage with colleagues and cross-functional teams on a regular basis, establishing credibility and trust, and collaborating to share significant data and insights.
• Utilize scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate tasks and reporting, including data prioritization, anomaly detection, and metrics analysis.
• Document processes and share knowledge with colleagues, guiding them as you become a subject matter expert and contributing to the team's growth and development.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.

• Creativity with a Client Experience platform to develop meaningful Scene Dashboards.
• Business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze business issues, and a supply chain background, ideally with transportation experience.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Advanced experience with SQL and Scene.
• Experience with e-commerce operations or package carrier activities.
• Experience with Python or other scripting languages.
