Key Responsibilities
- Service inbound calls while engaging and conversing with entrepreneurs and managers, learning about their needs, and recommending the right blithequark products
- Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to communicate relevant product features, benefits, and other aspects of blithequark services
- Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals
- Provide exceptional client care by responding to account inquiries in a fast-paced, organized client care environment
- Document important record information according to established policies and procedures
- Demonstrate integrity: Comply with all regulatory and consistent rules related to adjusting and sales practices
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Customer support experience (2 years+) with a focus on building client loyalty through excellent listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication
- Proven results in a client care and sales environment (2 years+)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the capability to multitask and navigate in an online setting
