Join us in shaping the future of technology and creating a better world for all. **Job Summary** As an experienced Data Scientist at blithequark, you will be part of our Applied AI team, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive the development of our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Collaborating with the product development team as a trusted partner to identify opportunities for improvement and drive growth * Defining and interpreting A/B tests to answer critical questions about the impact of model and UX changes on our products * Establishing a data-driven product development culture by driving the definition, tracking, and operationalization of key metrics at the feature, product, and organizational levels * Creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, and other tools to empower the team and organization to answer product-related questions in a self-serve manner **Responsibilities** * Work closely with the product development team to identify opportunities for improvement and drive growth * Define and interpret A/B tests to answer critical questions about the impact of model and UX changes on our products * Establish a data-driven product development culture by driving the definition, tracking, and operationalization of key metrics at the feature, product, and organizational levels * Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and other tools to empower the team and organization to answer product-related questions in a self-serve manner * Develop and implement thorough tests with clear results and product recommendations using SQL and Python * Define, implement, and operationalize new feature and product-level metrics without prior experience * Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with product managers, engineers, and executives **Requirements** * 5+ years of experience in a quantitative role exploring complex conditions, preferably as an early data scientist or product researcher at a hyper-growth product organization or research institution * Proven experience in designing, executing, and running thorough tests with clear results and product recommendations using SQL and Python * Ability to define, implement, and operationalize new feature and product-level metrics without prior experience * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with product managers, engineers, and executives * Strong programming foundation, with the ability to run simulations and model variations * Experience in approving quantitative insights with qualitative methods (e.g., surveys, UXR) * Familiarity with NLP, large language models, or generative AI is a plus **What We Offer** * Competitive salary, including liberal benefits and perks * Comprehensive health insurance for you and your loved ones * Mental health and wellness support * 401(k) plan with 4% matching * Unlimited time off and 18+ company events per year * Paid parental leave (20 weeks) and family-planning support **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and experienced Data Scientist looking to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact, please submit your application through our website.
