Job Overview

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with external clients, providing strategic and technical support to review customer cases connected with blithequark systems and projects. You will be responsible for giving the procedure to review business applications and cloud services for consistency with our policies and researching application integration issues with APIs, enterprise clients, and blithequark services. Your expertise in technical account management will enable you to identify valuable opportunities and take a chance with a client's technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage integration projects with a set of third-party applications and service provider integrators that need to be integrated into the blithequark Purchase with Prime seller offerings
  • Work with third-party partners to set and meet milestones to deliver high-quality integration projects on a regular basis
  • Manage a team of technical account managers directly reporting to you in various areas, such as authentication, escalation handling, and career development objectives
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients/teams to define requirements, test data integrity, verify business processes, and deliver product offerings
  • Partner to offer technical support to the development, PM, and SA teams on documentation, verification best practices, security risks, troubleshooting, and testing
  • Closely work with partners and internal security teams to design, propose, and implement industry-level best practices related to security and risk for SaaS applications and third-party integrations
  • Manage the operational relationships with partners of small to enterprise-level organizations and ensure their products are positioned for success
  • Provide support and key technical guidance to help design and build solutions using best practices, and proactively assist with safeguarding your partner's security and application solutions architecture

A Day in the Life

In this role, you will work intimately with a team of technical account managers, internal product, and development management, and a wide range of technology partners and enterprise clients to deliver high-quality, performant, and business-critical solutions. You will define processes that enable the team to scale and design tools that ensure developers can validate their solutions and integrations. You and the team will provide critical feedback to the sales support teams and internal development teams on how the technical integrations and applications work with both the client tech stack and internal APIs.

Essential Qualifications

  • For this position, we anticipate a minimum of 4 years of work experience in a technical account management position or similar roles
  • BA in computer science or a relevant technical degree is required
  • SME status in at least one service (cloud computing, APIs, Integration testing) and understanding of the architecture and operational boundaries of third-party applications, sufficient to manage escalations effectively
  • Experience with operational boundaries and troubleshooting for the following: Security/Application Development in a distributed systems environment
  • Internal project or external client-facing experience as a technical lead
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks among evolving needs, maintain strong attention to detail, and work independently
  • Data-driven and demonstrates good working knowledge of metrics, KPIs, and SLAs and puts them into practice in delivering results
  • Experience managing remote teams with diverse backgrounds and skill sets

  • 3 years of experience in leading and managing direct reports and teams
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Experience as an SME and escalation point for project teams, developers, and internal colleagues
  • Experience collaborating with multiple functional roles Solution Architects, Engineers, and Product Managers
  • History of managing and troubleshooting technical projects
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
