We offer a dynamic and inclusive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation. **Job Summary** As a Fraud Investigation Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for: * Investigating and resolving complex fraud cases, including reviewing transaction data, analyzing patterns, and identifying potential security threats * Collaborating with internal teams, such as Risk Management and Compliance, to ensure the integrity of our systems and processes * Developing and implementing effective strategies to prevent and detect fraud, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes * Providing expert guidance and support to internal stakeholders, including training and education on fraud prevention and detection best practices * Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging threats, and adapting our strategies and processes accordingly **Key Responsibilities** * Investigating and resolving complex fraud cases, including reviewing transaction data, analyzing patterns, and identifying potential security threats * Collaborating with internal teams, such as Risk Management and Compliance, to ensure the integrity of our systems and processes * Developing and implementing effective strategies to prevent and detect fraud, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes * Providing expert guidance and support to internal stakeholders, including training and education on fraud prevention and detection best practices * Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging threats, and adapting our strategies and processes accordingly * Managing a high-volume caseload, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines * Communicating complex information to non-technical stakeholders, including executives and external partners **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business Administration * 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as fraud investigation, risk management, or compliance * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business Administration * 5+ years of experience in a related field, such as fraud investigation, risk management, or compliance * Experience with cloud-based applications and platforms, such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure * Experience with programming languages, such as Python or Java * Certification in a related field, such as Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong business acumen and understanding of financial markets and regulatory requirements * Ability to communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders, including executives and external partners **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
