**About This Opportunity:**

**In This Role, You Will:**
* Participate in delivering exceptional client experiences by building relationships through proactive outreach and proposing relevant products, services, and digital solutions to help clients succeed financially.
* Assist clients with basic referencing related to opening new accounts, completing affiliation requests, and submitting credit applications.
* Receive guidance from managers and exercise judgment within defined procedures and guidelines.
* Support the identification of bank products and services to meet clients' needs.
* Help clients to understand and gather information about products and services.
* Provide sound recommendations for banking products and services to clients.
* Identify clients' financial needs and refer them to various digital subject matter experts and partners as necessary.
* This Secure position has client contact and job responsibilities which may include the obligation/acceptance of terms or possibly taking an application for a home equity loan. Therefore, this position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Act Mortgage Licensing Requirements of 2008 and generally applicable rules. Reliable work is expected to meet each such principle, including satisfactory background check results. Individuals in a Secure position other than may also be required to meet the Credit Originator requirements under Rule Z (LO) as shown in the job questions.
**Required Qualifications:**
* 6+ years of experience in Client Facing roles, or equivalent experience through one or a combination of the following work history, organizing, military experience, leadership.

* Ability to plan and present clients with the value of flexible financial solutions.

* Support clients and colleagues in resolving or escalating concerns or issues.
