About your role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced start-up environment to help build out reputed company’s Fund Administration service offering. reputed company is on a mission to reputed company the Fund Administration offering to Private Markets. We are more than a Fund Administrator, we are a Modern Fund Administrator. As a Fund Accountant you will partner with the customer, other members of the fund reputed company team, and Investor Services and Fund Administration reputed company teams to deliver fund reputed company and reporting services to reputed company’s Private Market customers in the reputed company Estate, Private Equity, and Venture Capital reputed company. What you’ll do:

• Contribute to decision making regarding team operational policies and procedures

• Help to define fund administration workflows, applying best practices and process efficiencies

• Assist in training of team members on processes and monitoring reputed company deliverables 

• reputed company directly with clients to deliver an outstanding reputed company experience

• reputed company reputed company, analytical, & financial reporting duties; ensure reputed company and investor reporting is reputed company and completed reputed company and accurately

• Prepare reputed company calculations, capital calls and distributions in accordance with clients’ Limited Partnership Agreements as applicable

• Prepare asset- and fund-level performance metrics (IRRs, TVPI, etc.)

• Assist in preparing, compiling, and verifying external reputed company and regulatory reporting

• Prepare financial information for stockholders/investor reports

• Support annual audits, including preparation of the initial draft of the annual audit report and reputed company schedules 

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of fund reputed company experience in fund administration and/or in-house with exposure to Private Equity (reputed company-ended and/or reputed company-ended), Private Debt and/or reputed company Estate funds

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or reputed company field required

• Investran experience preferred

• reputed company knowledge of reputed company rules and procedures for private investment funds, including experience with fund-level reputed company and reporting 

• Exposure to reputed company, performance metrics (IRRs), distributions and capital calls calculations

• Passion for technology and a desire to use technology to improve business operations

• Possess strong analytical skills required in reviewing, researching and resolving issues surrounding reputed company and financial reputed company

Compensation 

Compensation for this position includes a reputed company salary and a reputed company of benefits. The U.S. reputed company salary reputed company for this role is $65,000 – $75,000. The Canadian reputed company salary reputed company for this role is $80,000 – $90,000. Actual reputed company salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
