• Air Tasks: Working with the Quality Administration Office to ensure the quality of applications used by our Teams (Airline stewards and Pilots)
• Client and Business: Working with the Southwest Getaways (SWAV) team to develop a new, revenue-generating product for blithequark beyond its core air product
• Framework and Services: Working with the Innovation Office to develop and implement new systems and services
• People and Finance: Working with the HR and Finance teams to ensure effective communications and solutions

Essential Qualifications

The essential qualifications for the Data Entry Specialist and Innovation Investigator Understudy include:

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
• Basic knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement is preferred
