About the Role

In this critical role, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our members, providing exceptional customer service and support to address their questions, concerns, and needs. Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• 1 year of prior experience in a reputed company center setting
• 1 year of experience in a customer service role

• Experience working in a metric-driven work environment
• Ability to work any 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST, Monday - Friday, including flexibility to work occasional overtime based on business need
• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Demonstrated ability to quickly build rapport and respond to customers in a compassionate manner, identifying and exceeding customer expectations
