**Key Responsibilities**
As an Inside Sales Representative / Customer Service Professional at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to work with our Outside Sales Reps to provide exceptional customer service and support. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Performing administrative and office support activities for assigned Outside Sales Reps
* Assisting in gathering necessary information from customers to obtain credit approval
* Preparing quotes and presenting them to Sales Reps and/or customers
* Maintaining customer change orders and delivery information using industry-based software programs
* Assisting customers who call in with questions about their orders
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and great follow-through ability
* Ability to self-motivate and work independently
**Preferred Qualifications**
