Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a 100% remote capacity. As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and customers, providing exceptional service and support to address their questions and concerns. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)
  • A USB wired headset with a noise-canceling microphone
  • 18+ years and a high school diploma/GED
  • A quiet, secured workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions
  • Must live in Indiana (if you live in other states, please find the same opportunity under those state-specific requisitions to apply)
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Professional, positive attitude, and courteous telephone etiquette
  • Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting, with proficiency in navigating multiple applications and software systems
  • Must be able to thrive in a highly structured environment and adapt to changing situations and priorities
  • Schedule with open availability, including evenings and weekends
