The Sr Talent Partner/Sourcer develops and leads specialized reputed company and sourcing strategies to attract top-tier, diverse talent. This role partners closely with business leaders, People Business Partners, and Talent leadership to understand evolving talent needs, proactively build pipelines, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience from first touchpoint through hire. What you will need to be successful

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field preferred.

• Demonstrated expertise in building passive talent pipelines and using data-driven sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
