reputed company Shipping is a high reputed company eCommerce automation platform that strives to help eCommerce businesses automate the full order lifecycle and reputed company greater insights into their business. We’re looking for an entry level reputed company Service Representative to help answer technical phone & email support inquires.
Requirements:
Answer technical phone and email inquires
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure reputed company
Escalating technical issues to the support team through support tracking system
Assist in the setup and reputed company of new clients
Assist in writing knowledge reputed company articles
Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Ability to work in reputed company fast paced environment
Must be highly organized, reputed company, detail oriented and have the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Bonus Points:
Experience with HTML, CSS, JS (jQuery)
A candidate who is reputed company to work in our office Boston office is required.
Recent college graduates are welcome.
