Social Media ManagerAbout the Role We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across all social platforms. This role combines creative design skills with marketing expertise to build engaging content that drives brand awareness and community growth. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) • Create compelling visual content using Canva and other design tools, maintaining brand consistency across all channels • Design graphics, infographics, and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences • Shoot, edit, and produce video content for social media, including short-form videos, reels, and stories • Manage and update company website using WordPress, ensuring content is current and optimized • Monitor social media trends and algorithm changes to optimize content performance • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build community relationships • Analyze social media metrics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights • Plan and manage social media content calendars to ensure consistent posting schedules • Collaborate with marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives • Stay current with emerging social media platforms and digital marketing best practices Required Qualifications • 3+ years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations • Proven proficiency in Canva for creating social media graphics and visual content • Strong experience with WordPress, including content management and basic customization • Demonstrated graphic design skills with a portfolio showcasing social media content • Hands-on videography and video editing experience for social media platforms • Solid understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics tools • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines • Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand aesthetics Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator) • Knowledge of SEO and content optimization • Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) • Experience with paid social media advertising • Understanding of social media best practices across various industries Skills & Competencies • Strategic thinking and planning • Creative problem-solving • Time management and organization • Adaptability to changing trends and platforms • Collaborative team player • Self-motivated with ability to work independently To APPLY: Please submit your resume, cover letter, and PORTFOLIO/ Samples of Work Produced (original creations, no AI submittals).
