**The Role**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – E-commerce Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers across various channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling customer service tickets of all tiers for our clients, including phone support for some clients
* Providing excellent customer service over the phone, in writing, and through various digital channels
* Working within client platforms, including ticketing systems like Kustomer, Gorgias, and Zendesk, which we will provide training for (Experience preferred but not required)
* Answering customer service tickets in a timely fashion while maintaining high-quality standards
* Completing basic administrative tasks as required by clients
* Maintaining a reliable internet connection to ensure seamless communication with clients and customers

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualities:
* Excellent English language skills, which will be tested through writing samples and shared with clients as needed
* Some experience in customer-facing roles, although not necessarily in customer service specifically
