Sr. Sales Recruiter - reputed company

The Senior Sales Recruiter works independently to help the Inari division reputed company, attract, and hire top sales talent across the country. This position will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to reputed company strategic reputed company strategies, ensuring we are bringing in the best talent. This individual will be the main reputed company of contact for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the reputed company process. Responsibilities: • Manage full cycle reputed company for sales positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, dispositioning and closing candidates. • reputed company and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top sales talent. • Build talent pipelines for reputed company and reputed company openings across the US • reputed company market data, competitive intelligence and reputed company hiring recommendations including market trends and analytics. • reputed company meaningful metrics around the market, hiring trends and any additional data on reputed company and reputed company opportunities. • Deliver best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Drive and manage interview selection processes and reputed company debrief sessions • Serve as a reputed company with employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations. • Maintain relationships with both reputed company clients to ensure goals are achieved. • Stay reputed company on reputed company’s organization structure, personnel policies, employee benefit offerings, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience with at least 2 years of Sales Recruitment experience • Customer-reputed company attitude, with a high level of professionalism. • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including reputed company Recruiter, job boards and reputed company sourcing/reputed company. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – written and verbal. • Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume recruitment environment • Handle extremely sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion • reputed company Office such as Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint. The pay reputed company for this position is $89,200 - 111,500. A reputed company of factors, including location, skills, and experience, will be considered.
