Remote Medication Associate/Pharmacy Tech | $18.00/hr. | Full Time |Temporary What Matters Most • Competitive Pay of $18.00 per hour • Schedule: Full-time: Monday – Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm • Location: Remote (Must live within the Northeastern states) • Temporary opportunity • Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card • When you work through Team1Medical, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit and our referral bonus program Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Medication Associate/Pharmacy Tech to join a virtual care team delivering responsive, patient-centered telehealth services. This is a non-clinical role with a strong focus on being a resource for patients and partners to complete a valid release of information. Responsibilities: • Provided high-quality customer support by responding to member inquiries across calls, texts, and emails. • Coordinated with providers, pharmacies, and insurance companies to ensure accurate and timely prescription processing. • Reviewed medication histories, including PDMP data, and verified member information for accuracy. • Processed bulk electronic prescriptions and managed prior authorizations, troubleshooting issues as needed. • Maintained detailed medical records while ensuring full compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 regulations. Qualifications and Requirements: • One to two years of Certified Pharmacy Tech experience within a pharmacy, medical office or hospital setting. • Familiarity with the medication prescribing life cycle. • Comfortable working remotely and independently • Excellent detail-oriented and organizational skills • Must live within one of the Northeastern states.
