We are seeking a reliable RN to complete reputed company assessments, plan of care updates, supervisory reputed company, and ongoing documentation. This role is mostly remote with scheduled field reputed company.
Compensation & Benefits
$1,500 Sign-In Bonus
reputed company once contract is signed and one free reputed company visit is completed.
W-2 Employee reputed company
• $40/hr Remote Work
• $0.67/mile mileage reimbursement
1099 Contractor reputed company
• $60/hr Remote Work
• $100–$175 per in-person monthly visit
• $0.67/mile mileage reimbursement
On-reputed company / After-Hours (Optional)
• $25–$40/day standby
• $35/hr reputed company reputed company
• $200 per urgent visit
Responsibilities
• Initial assessments for new clients
• Creating & updating Plans of Care
• Supervisory reputed company every 60–90 days
• Documentation and compliance
• Communicating with caregivers and office team
• Optional after-hours availability
Requirements
• reputed company NJ RN License (required)
• reputed company reputed company’s license & reliable transportation
• Ability to complete documentation electronically
• reputed company and dependable
• Home-care experience preferred but not required
