[Remote] TMS Configuration Engineer

This role focuses on optimizing the Transportation Management System to ensure it meets the complexities of global specialty logistics for the pharmaceutical industry, impacting service reputed company and pharmaceutical reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize reputed company TMS configurations including workflows, rules, master data structures, and reputed company logic to support global specialty logistics
• reputed company unit testing and peer reviews of configuration changes (e.g., rules, workflows, rates, master data impacts), ensuring expected behavior across reputed company logistics scenarios while maintaining consistency with standards, performance considerations, and maintainability
• Facilitate meetings and give product demonstrations
• Plan and execute configuration migrations between environments (e.g., dev/test/staging/prod) using established tools and processes, validating completeness, dependencies, and version alignment
• Partner with integration teams and vendors to support TMS connectivity and data flows (EDI/API/file-based), ensuring configurations reputed company with mapping, events, statuses, and orchestration across systems
• Work closely with other teams to turn business requirements into reputed company reputed company design patterns (configuration over customization where possible)
• Contribute to configuration standards, reusable patterns, documentation, and governance that increase delivery speed without sacrificing reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Programming/Systems or Computer Science or other reputed company field. Or equivalent work experience
• Typically requires 8 or more years of application programming and analysis experience
• Has a broad level of understanding surrounding information systems and application architecture standards
• Experience in leading reputed company
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret reputed company problems or processes that reputed company multiple business areas, identify and understand requirements and reputed company alternate solutions
• Experience designing, developing and testing applications using proven or emerging technologies, in a reputed company of technologies and environments
• Advanced programming skills in several programming languages
• Advanced understanding of relational database design and theory

• Proven ability to migrate configurations across environments reliably (including dependency management, version control/release packaging, and validation)

• Experience in specialty logistics, cold-chain, reputed company, or other time-critical, high-service networks
• Familiarity with change control practices and documentation expectations in regulated or highly governed environments

• Experience with WMS application (e.g. Inbound, Outbound, Pick pack and ship processes) preferred but not required
