Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Virtual Assistant at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional support to customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
  • Managing sales inquiries, troubleshooting customer problems, and preventing and resolving disputes on platforms such as PayPal and Stripe
  • Processing orders, creating shipping labels, and calculating the price of products using advanced proficiency in Shopify and shipping label applications such as DHL and UPS
  • Creating renders and mockup designs using advanced graphic design skills in Photoshop and basic skills in Illustrator
  • Working with AI tools to create new content, managing social media outreach to influencers, and developing compelling copy to drive sales and engagement
  • Conducting follow-up and sales calls to drive business growth and expand customer relationships
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2 level)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support, with a strong track record of resolving customer complaints and improving customer satisfaction
  • Advanced proficiency in managing and operating Shopify, with experience in creating shipping labels and managing orders
  • Experience with DHL and UPS shipping label applications, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve shipping-related issues
  • Strong sales skills and experience, with the ability to drive sales growth and expand customer relationships
  • Proven negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve disputes and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Advanced graphic design skills in Photoshop, with basic skills in Illustrator and the ability to create compelling visual content
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to create and edit documents and spreadsheets
  • Experience with Slack and Gorgias app, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and customers
