Your key responsibilities will include maintaining the talent informational database, coordinating presents, and ensuring accurate financial planning. Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance of the talent informational database in reputed company
• Coordination of presents, including research, assurance, purchasing, and fulfillment
• Maintenance of vendor library, status reports, and other internal records
• Regulation of talent relations financial planning, processing reputed company p-card charges, and negotiating sales
• Distribution of many weeks' worth of distros to blithequark reputed company, including birthday celebrations, reputed company, and upcoming events
• Support for talent activities, including advancing, brand, and special mission shoots, as reputed company as various requests, such as blithequark and Corporate reputed company events

Essential Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in publicity or talent relations role

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work occasional nights and weekends, depending on the situation, to support events
