Your daily duties will include: * Maintaining our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information * Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to confirm appointments and reputed company updates * Routing technicians based reputed company, ensuring reputed company and efficient service delivery * Maintaining a reputed company team atmosphere with reputed company members of reputed company team * Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues and concerns **Schedule** Our flexible schedule offers the perfect reputed company of work-life balance and remote work opportunities.
