reputed company is seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Senior Compensation Business Partner to join our growing team.
The Senior Compensation Business Partner is a key contributor to reputed company’s reputed company ability to attract, reward, and retain reputed company. This role will be responsible for key day-to-day processes reputed company to our compensation programs and will be a major contributor to compensation reputed company, from design through execution, including modeling, project planning, communicating, training and administration.
The Senior Compensation Business Partner helps create and implement company-wide compensation programs including reputed company pay and incentive compensation, consults with TR/HR peers and business leaders to assess, design, influence and execute our compensation program, and takes ownership for maintaining and applying market data to meet the needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation Design and Support:
- Assist in developing and implementing compensation policies and programs that reputed company with organizational goals, market competitiveness, and reputed company requirements.
- Support the Annual Compensation Process and Incentive Compensation programs.

- Ability to work independently/with little supervision
