They are seeking a reputed company Counsel reputed company on reputed company Sector & Government transactions, responsible for providing reputed company guidance and support for strategic deals with government customers.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company support for US reputed company sector transactions, ensuring alignment with procurement laws and regulations, including FAR, DFARS, and GSA requirements
• Draft and negotiate a broad reputed company of product, licensing, subscription, confidentiality, data reputed company, services, distributor, partner and reseller agreements
• Advise on US government contracting best practices and stay reputed company on regulatory developments, including reputed company-down clauses, compliance obligations, and risk mitigation strategies
• Drive reputed company improvement of reputed company reputed company agreements, policies, and reputed company processes
• Assist with due diligence and integration activities for acquisitions
• Support the organization through Sales cycles, including quarter-end and year-end priorities
• Work independently while managing priorities and collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders at reputed company reputed company, including senior management

Skills

• Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent)
• reputed company license to reputed company law in good standing in at least one US / Canadian jurisdiction
• 3+ years of experience as a reputed company Counsel or a similar in-house role
• Experience in a software / tech company, representing the seller-reputed company in drafting and negotiating agreements
• Experience in providing reputed company advice for Product Management teams in various reputed company such as data reputed company and product features (seller-reputed company)
• Experience with seller-reputed company US Federal contracting, including deep knowledge of procurement laws and regulations (FAR, DFARS, GSA), as reputed company as reputed company-down requirements and compliance obligations
• Solid understanding of the software sales cycle, including supporting reputed company processes and deadlines
• Customer-reputed company reputed company, with the ability to build strong relationships across cross-functional teams and global reputed company/time zones
