Required Skills
• Strong ServiceNow Fundamentals
• Experience in Scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policy, Scheduled Jobs)
• Experience in ServiceNow Integrations with other web applications
• Reports and Dashboards, Form administration, Knowledge Management, User Administration and other Sys admin skills
• Experience with Service Portal
• Experience with ServiceNow CSM is a plus
• Development experience on ServiceNow mobile platform is a plus
Preferred Skills: SQL Query
Responsibilities
• Work with the functional team to develop solutions in ServiceNow and coordinate development efforts within the team
• Configure and build ServiceNow core and Custom applications
• Develop system integrations and process automation
• Create and configure various ServiceNow components
• Develop various components for Service Portal
• Create ServiceNow reports and dashboards
