Responsibilities: • Conduct regular clinical chart audits to ensure compliance with home health care standards, regulations, and best practices. • Monitor reputed company of care provided by nursing and other reputed company, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. • Support staff training and development, ensuring that clinical staff are up-to-date with reputed company health care practices and regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with clinical managers and leadership to reputed company strategies for improving patient reputed company, reducing hospital readmissions, and enhancing overall care reputed company. • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as reputed company as accreditation standards such as CMS, JCAHO, and others. • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of reputed company assurance activities, audits, and performance metrics.
