About the Role 

We’re hiring an experienced Product Manager to help define and drive the roadmap for our Social Media Management platform. You’ll be responsible for identifying user problems, validating solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features for thousands of users worldwide. 

Responsibilities 

• Define and prioritize product initiatives based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. 

• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and sales to bring features from idea to launch. 

• Own the product lifecycle—from discovery and research to launch and post-release analysis. 

• Gather and analyze user feedback, usage data, and competitive insights to inform decision-making. 

• Write clear product requirements, user stories, and documentation. 

• Define acceptance testing criteria. Lead the execution of the acceptance testing . 

• Contribute to product vision and strategy for key areas of the SMM platform. 

Requirements 

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in SaaS or B2B platforms. 

• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies. 

• Experience working with cross-functional teams to ship high-quality software. 

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. 

• Comfort with data-driven decision-making; experience using analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics). 

• Bonus: Experience in social media tech or content management tools.
