**Job Description**
As a Customer Service and Remote Virtual Assistant in US Healthcare Operations, you will play a critical role in supporting our team of healthcare professionals. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Preparing and Assembling Medical Record Documentation**: You will be responsible for preparing and assembling medical record documentation, including charts and other pertinent health information.
